Acceptable Use Policy

Diggle exists to help you run engaging, interactive sessions — quizzes, surveys, live workshops, and similar. We trust you to use it responsibly, and this policy sets out what that means in practice. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in our Terms & Conditions.

Here's what we don't allow:

Account-related activities

  • submit content, or use the Services, with software containing viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful code that could damage or interfere with our systems;
  • use bots or other automated means to access the Services, interact with a Diggle, or create accounts;
  • share your login credentials with unauthorized third parties, or fail to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised; and
  • use the Services in breach of these Terms or any applicable third-party terms.

Unauthorized commercial exploitation

  • license, sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Services available to a third party outside the scope of your subscription; and
  • use the Services to build a competing product or service.

Interference

  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services, or with limits placed on use or copying of content;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services, or attempt to derive their source code;
  • create derivative works of the Services; and
  • impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Services.

Unlawful material

  • submit or store content that violates applicable data protection law, infringes a third party's intellectual property or other rights, or is otherwise unlawful; and
  • use the Services to submit or host content that is violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, harassing, or defamatory.

Artificial intelligence

Diggle's AI Features (our AI chat assistant, AI-assisted content and design suggestions, AI Translation, and AI grouping of open-ended answers) are powerful tools, and we ask that you use them responsibly. You must not:

  • represent Output as being wholly human-generated, or as having been approved or vetted by Diggle, without disclosing that it was AI-assisted;
  • use AI Features for automated decision-making, or any other process that has a legal or similarly significant effect on an individual;
  • use AI Features for purposes or in ways that are illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful or unethical; and
  • use AI Features in a manner that violates the usage policies of our underlying AI provider(s) (see our Privacy Policy and sub-processor list for who they are).

What happens if you don't follow this policy

If you violate, or we reasonably suspect you've violated, this Acceptable Use Policy, we may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your right to use the Services, consistent with our Terms & Conditions. You aren't entitled to a refund or other compensation as a result of action we take under this policy, including the 14-day refund described in the Terms & Conditions, Section 13.
